generation. Fundamentally, it is a digital jukebox playing MP3
tracks. It was designed and is manufactured to be very tough. It is
designed so that it can be moved often and be touched very
frequently during parties.

master franchisors in their territories. As a master franchisor you
will have the opportunity to sell sub-franchises within your

The Product
The FunkyDiva systems
incorporate the FunkyDiva unit, powerful
speakers, specialist leads and other accessories. The system allows
for remote update of music and core software on
the FunkyDiva units wherever
they are. We will provide the infrastructure and technical training
necessary to update music on your FunkyDiva units
remotely.
As Master Franchisor you will gain access to the central order
management system and marketing website.
The Business
In the UK and Denmark our partners (franchisees) operate locally
and deliver their FunkyDiva units to
parties and other events in public venues and private homes. As
Master Franchisor you will sign up new sub-franchises and take
royalty as well substantial profit on each unit you sell.
We have seen that the introduction of FunkyDiva in Denmark and
the UK has opened a completely new market for jukebox rental to
parties. Where the rental of jukeboxes previously was targeted at
the outer suburban areas, to the slightly older audience with the
50’s style jukebox, FunkyDiva opened a
completely new market to people that did not previously think of
ordering a jukebox.
The main party types are:
weddings, and 18-40 year birthdays, office parties and much more.
In the countries we operate we are achieving a customer
satisfaction above 95% and each rental yields 2-3 new
rentals.
We are a young and dynamic organisation and as such we are open to
new ideas. Hence we are also open to negotiate with independent
distributors who would operate with different business
models.
Financial Requirements
Potential business partners must possess the capital sufficient to
fund the startup and expansion of FunkyDiva in their
territory. The minimum requirement for an individual or business to
become Master Franchisor is liquid capital of at least
$200,000.
