decided to franchise the Ayer concept. A very modern concept with
an old theme. One thing is for certain, Europe loves coffee, put
together with an innovative menu and very realistic pricing

We will work with you to establish Ayer in your
chosen location. And when you have successfully launched and
operated your first store we will work with you to exploit the

As
the working module has become a such a great success we wanted to
offer not just a franchise opportunity but the chance for
perspective buyers to have a hassle free working experience.
No location searching, no refurb works, no license applications, no
sourcing issues. Just training, gaining working environment
experience and then away you go. The simplest way to start your new
business venture. Over the last year Ayer turnover is increasing by
incredible amounts ( approx 35% on last year alone). so now is the
optimum time for us and the perspective franchise owner.
We feel that our experience in sourcing new venues in Malaga,
Nerja and Torrox can only be maximized if we release ourselves from
Ayer Almunecar. This will allow us to find the next location, apply
for required works/operating licenses, carry out the refurb and so
on until ready for operation and at the same time giving maximum
support to the Almunecar franchisees. A perfect scenario (if there
is such a thing)!
You have all the relevant photos of Ayer Almunecar etc, the cost
of the lease purchase including franchise benifits is 139,000.00.
This includes a 13 year plus 3 year recurring lease, all fixtures
and fittings, all stock at time of sale, all relevant working
licences and permits, a great customer base and all required
