Support & training:

my daughter is currently the general manager (set up as autonomo colaborador as Im the owner so I havent counted her in staff) and is willing to stay on alongside new owners either permanently or for as long as it takes for new owner to be comfortable.. The staff are a great team which we have built up gradually over the year. They are on varying number of hours of contracts. I believe it would be easier for new owner to keep current staff at least initially and that is built into the cost of business as you woud take over their contracts and responsibility for redundancy pay etc - however we only took on the business in September 2024 so no one has more than 18 months service currently.
