This Chateou-type winery, founded in 1991, is a pioneer in Castilla La Mancha for bottling wines. The winery controls all processes from vineyard planting, winemaking, aging, bottling, and sales. It is equipped to process 2,000,000 kilos of grapes per year.

Bottling Facility: 30 m² tangential filter, bottling line with eight 15,000-liter tanks, four 7,500-liter tanks, stainless steel machinery, 3500 bottles/hour capacity, automatic depalletizer, case former, case filler, and palletizer with strapping machine.
Brandy Production: Two 3000-liter stainless steel tanks, American oak barrels (550 and 220 liters), 70,000 liters of holandas at 56% alcohol, and solera dating back to 1890.
