This beautiful restaurant is located in a very affluent area between San Pedro and Estepona amongst bars, other restaurants, shops, offices, and a large number of full-time and holiday homes. It is on the ground floor of an exclusive apartment block and is the only restaurant authorised to offer private catering and room service to the 103 apartments.
It has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment program and has had no expense spared. It is finished to a top-quality standard and is ready for a new owner to start running it from day one.
The decoration is modern with feature lighting, and lovely wooden floors, and it is exceptionally bright with large windows all around looking over the terrace and garden.
It is divided into three main areas, the dining room and bar, the enclosed terrace, and the outdoor terrace. There is a private office, which is next to the dining room and has glass walls with curtains, this could be used for private dining if required.
The cloakrooms have been fitted with modern suites and high-end fittings, there are two ladies' WCs, one gentleman’s WC and a disabled WC.
The professional kitchen has been fitted with an extensive range of stainless steel appliances and again is divided into three main areas
The coffee station has a large coffee machine and shelving for cups, saucers and teapots, etc.
The wash area has a sink and shelving.
The main kitchen has three large preparation areas, two ovens with four burner hobs plus a further oven, slow cooker, vacuum pack machine, ranges of fridges and freezers, two microwave ovens, large central extractor, sink and hand wash.
There is a lower floor which can be accessed via stairs or a lift from the kitchen which has a walk-in fridge/freezer a further preparation area with sink staff room with lockers, two staff shower rooms / WCs. and two storerooms.
There is a rear access for deliveries and an outside cupboard housing gas bottles.
The outgoings for this restaurant are very low indeed. There is a 10-year renewable lease which is subject to a current rental of just 1200€ per month plus I have and this includes all water and community charges.
