Professional business coach joins the iOB Business team
Supporting the growth and development of partners as they scale their Digital Agencies is something close to the heart of the team at iOB Business. With the many challenges business owners are currently facing due to the pandemic, iOB Business is constantly on the lookout to provide additional support and guidance to its growing network.
A recent development within the head office team has been the introduction of a professional business coach, Ben Porter-Smith. Ben specialises in working with small business owners and helping them to achieve financial stability.
Having previously run a digital marketing agency as well as being involved in numerous other business initiatives alongside his coaching business, Ben brings a unique perspective to iOB Business partners as they look to scale their franchises.
Co-Founder of iOB Business, Kamran Awan, commented, “We are really excited to welcome Ben as our resident business coach. He brings a number of years of real world business experience to our network and will be a key component of helping our partners develop their Digital Agencies.”
