We are in our 2nd year with steadily growing scooter tour business with many repeat bookings. Bookings for April/May 2019 already taken. The tours run for 4 or 6 nights with guests staying on half board basis. The tours are already established around the area in Almeria and Murica. We also do Day tours and have begun renting out the scooters. The apartments have also been rented out on B&B basis via AirBnB.
All the furniture and equipment included in the price. Due to change in our circumstances we need to pass this business on to someone who has a passion for scooters or indeed bikes or motorcycles as the property could be an excellent base for different types of tours. The Scooter business can be bought separately and full hand over will be guaranteed or the property could be bought as a base or B&B without the scooters. So the price is for the whole package but could be negotiated if different elements were required. Situated in a rural Spanish village, just a 5 minute walk to 2 bars/restaurants and 5 minute drive to motorway with Almeria and Corvera (Murcia) airports 1 hour away.
7 Bedroom Cortijo, renovated in 2007 by previous owners. Extremely large lounge with beautiful fireplace/feature. Large kitchen, new flyscreen area for dining. Large terrace area for relaxtion with 3 x 5 plunge pool. Large new wall was built in 2016 with electric entrance gate installed and dusk til dawn lighting in the wall and around the pool area. Amazing panoramic views across the mountains and down to the coast at San Juan. Very quiet location and great English neighbours and 2 spanish neighbours (who don't live here permantently). Great ex pat population in the village with lots of events or fiestas happening. The house is completely separate to the apartments and separated by decorative fencing to keep our pets separate to the guests.
Rural but very accessible position just 5 minutes drive from motorway and 5 minute walk to local amenities. Airports 1 hour away
Large 7 bedroom Cortijo (semi-detached but completely private and not overlooked) in hamlet position. Completely secure compound in an elevated position with views down to the coast. Separate apartments, 2 bed and 1 bed that can sleep upto 8 people. The main house can also be used as a B&B if requried.
As the property is classed as Rustica, no further building is allowed or in the surrounding area, so no fear of other properties popping up.
If the house was also used for extra accommodation, possibility of capacity of upto 20 and the fleet of bikes could be expaned. Scope to offer additional tours such as cycling or quad biking.
