Established in 2006, Parasol Property Management is a fully licensed and insured company offering a range of services to holiday home owners in the Los Alcázares, Roda Golf and San Javier area (Murcia Province, Spain). Our services include but are not limited to: key holding, cleaning, meet and greets and regular property checks.
We currently manage over 70 properties, and have a great reputation amongst our holiday owners and the local population, with many clients being referred to us via word-of-mouth.
The business is growing at a steady rate, and we fully expect this to continue upon the take-over to the new business buyers.
We are well-equipped with our own office (rented), company car (Toyota Aygo with 12 months ITV), website, active social media pages, and have great working relationships with many business owners in the local area.

*Los Alcázares is a municipality and a coastal spa town and former fishing village on the western side of the Mar Menor in the autonomous community and province of Murcia, southeastern Spain. The region is a well-known golf destination due to its warm winter climate and variety of golf courses in the area. It is also a popular spot for holiday makers, especially in the summer months, when the local population rises to over 100,000 people (which is great news for this business)!
Working in and around the Los Alcázares area, our office is centrally located within the town of Los Narejos. With plenty of foot traffic and free parking, it is easy to see why both new and existing customers regularly come to see us to accommodate their business needs.
Great potential for expansion. We have recently started to generate our own bookings for our property owners via our website, which results in us taking a 10% commission of the total property price for holiday guests. The business is a registered estate agency, meaning that new buyers can also sell any property to potential buyers if desired. Moreover, because of the established business reputation, we are consistently receiving new enquiries from potential clients via word-of-mouth. With a little bit of hard-work, creativity and passion, this business will be a great asset to any new buyer.

Office opening hours are 9am-2pm, however due to the nature of the business we regularly have to work outside of these hours.
