The object is in use as a Casa rural (apartamentos) with Area de autocaravanas, both with the relevant permissions and necessary documentation.
There are three holiday cottages. The largest consists of 3-(4) bedrooms, a rustic kitchen and a living room, private garden/terrace. Ready for rental or private occupation. The cottage is fully equipped for five people. Adjacent is an extra living room, currently used as a linen room.
In addition, there are two separate casitas, namely a double studio and a four-person cottage with a separate bedroom. Both have a private terrace and are fully furnished and ready for rental.
At the rear of the property, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool (9x4m) with a filtration system. The swimming pool is registered in the Registro de Piscinas de Uso Colectivo. The terrace is completely covered with good-quality artificial grass. It offers a beautiful view of the valley. There are more than enough sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs for full occupancy of guests.

There are 8 camper pitches with electricity supply with separate kWh meters. There is a plunge pool and shower and toilet facilities, as well as a washing-up area and communal meeting room.

This region of Spain attracts many foreign nature tourists, especially in spring and autumn. Bird lovers in particular are attracted by the many species and numbers of birds. Extremadura has one of the highest bird counts in Europe. There are around 250 bird species.
There is a stable complex with 9 horse boxes and a tack room. A communal space and a workshop have currently been realized in the stable complex. There are also three small animal stables and a chicken house. There are 2 more spaces linked to the stable complex with possibilities for extra accommodation, workshop or living space.
The casa rural and camper places are the first phase of the La Tierra Verde Holiday Accommodations project. This project comprises in total the development of Casa Rural-appartamentos (three apartments), Area de autocaravanas (30 pitches) and Albergue (5 pilgrims accommodations). This project has been approved by the Dirrección General de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Terretorio of the Junta de Extremadura and is thus registered in the Registro de Propriedaded in Montanchez.
The finca uses its own source for drinking water (certified) and water for irrigation. This source produces unlimited water, even in the dry summer months and is registered in the Registro de Captación de Aguas Subterráneas in Cáceres.
There is a fully automatic water supply system throughout the finca.
The Finca is connected to the electricity network, telephone line/internet is available with good reception.
There is a beautifully landscaped central garden at the holiday homes and a number of beautiful flower beds in the motorhome area. There are 20 older fig trees on the property, in addition 10 young almond trees, various fruit trees and olives. Furthermore, the terrain consists of a dehesa landscape, with many native tree species, including holm oaks, strawberry trees and quinces. There is also a well-producing ecological vegetable garden (10×4 mtr) with an irrigation system.
There is a permit for keeping horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and chickens (Cartilla de Ganadería).
The surrounding area is excellent for hiking and cycling. There are currently about a dozen documented and available to guests. Various (pilgrim) hiking trails run directly past the farm. The forest can be found a few meters away. Several lakes (both swimming and fishing) are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car.
