The rental license is valid for the three apartments and the main house. The main house consists of a large living room with pellet stove and direct access to the covered large porch by the pool. Through the living room, we can also access one of the bedrooms. In total, there are two bedrooms since the current owners have taken the third one into use as a dining room.
Access to this property from the main road consists of an unpaved section for the last 500 meters. The municipality already has plans to asphalt the last part.
