Dehesa located in the natural park of Hornachuelos, province of Cordoba.
The estate is located in a really beautiful landscape, it is one of the most traditional big game hunting areas in Andalusia, as well as having crops and farms.
The property is fenced with hunting net fencing and buildings with a constructed area of 1,743.54 m2 . Its main technical specifications are: Most of the surface area (approximately 1,600 ha) is covered with vegetation, approximately 33% of each mass: holm oak dehesa, cork oak woodland and Mediterranean.
The main building has 1.400 m2 of constructed area, 7 bedrooms and a hunting lodge of high quality. In addition there are 5 other buildings scattered around the property.
The main use of the estate is big game hunting of deer, fallow deer and wild boar. There is the possibility of extensive Iberian pig farming (200 units) together with the traditional cork harvest, which is carried out every 9 years, with two years of harvesting. The total production of the estate is approximately 10,600 Qc for each harvesting period.
Good hunting management has resulted in high quality trophies. The farm consists of the following properties: Entity 1: Productive land, grassy area of cork oak and holm oak, destined to the economic activity of cork and big game hunting.
