At Greenpoint Commercial, we are pleased to present an opportunity to become a 50/50 business partner in a high-end barbershop, ideally located within one of Mallorca’s most exclusive resorts.
This is an opportunity for a skilled barber or entrepreneur to join an established business with five years of trading history, a solid reputation, and an established clientele of local residents, international homeowners, and regular visitors to the area.
The barbershop is well-presented and fully equipped, featuring three professional barber stations with quality chairs, a dedicated hair-washing station, and a reception area. The business is ready to continue trading, with all equipment, fixtures, and fittings already in place.
The existing business offers an attractive foundation for a partnership, combining an established location, a proven trading history, and notably low rent for such a desirable setting.
We are seeking the right partner to join the business on an equal 50/50 basis, sharing both the opportunities and responsibilities of developing the company further. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in the barbering industry, a strong work ethic, and the ambition to help grow an established business in one of Mallorca’s most desirable locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves in Mallorca’s premium grooming market without the expense and uncertainty of starting a new business from scratch.
We are looking for the right partner, not simply an investor. Experience, commitment, and a shared vision for the future of the business will be key.
