Business Operation

Expansion Potential:

There is the potential to expand the business, in particular with the mobility rental products. We currently use a third party for mobility scooter rentals, but we solicit a lot of business for them through our contacts in the hotels, from which they pay us a commission. There is the possibility to expand further into this area and provide the scooters directly ourselves, but this would involve additional investment with stock, staff storage and possibly vehicles.

Competition / Market:

There are several other companies that have appeared offering similar services over the years, some have since closed, somer are still going, but my company is the only one that has been under the same ownership since the beggining to the present day. Despite the competition, the last 2 years have been 2 of the 3 most succesful years we have experienced over the previous 22 years. Last year in particular, was extremely busy, our best year ever with a turnover of 248000 Euros.
