Carwash has three locations for sale.
First is in one town with 30000 inhabitants plus tons of tourists all through the year.
In a parking lot under an expensive / luxury hotel. So great for clients of hotels driving by. Ask questions, book their car in, or get service right away.
The second one is under a supermarket, which is busy and generates a lot of clients just visiting the supermarket. There are two areas: one to wash outside, including doors and back from inside, and one where we finish and do the inside.
the third one is located in a town with about 30000 inhabitants and we are the second handwash / detailing carwash.
Drive-by´s generate 50% or more of our clients. The rest we get in by advertising on social media, our website and through our google locations.
We have standard prices for cleaning cars inside and outside based on the size of vehicle.
Next to this, we have our add-on services, which are :
-Bad smell removal inside: €15
-Steam & dry clean your seats and/or fabric floor. From €25,- ( only front seats 25,- )
-Steam clean your leather seats and add leather care. From €25,-
-extremely dirty interior. From €15 ( construction company cars, some pay €85, only inside )
-Dashboards and plastic treatments are included in the prices.
-scratch removal & faded paint restoration. Small scratch removal from €15; Faded & sunburnt paint restoration from €180;
-Headlight restoration from €15,- ( usually becomes €25 per headlight when they are bad )
- Doghair removal from €15,
-We wax your car for €30,- ( turtle wax, hard-paste, or super shine wax )
-Ceramic coating wax, 12 months, medium car, €210 ( if the paint is scratched, has sunburn, or any other reason, it needs a full machine polish; costs for that are added to the ceramic price )
-Full machine polish, medium car, €155
-Full valet, medium car, €125
We use Carpro detailing liquids like Perl and ECH20.
We use Perl, not diluted for tires after they have been cleaned and plastic on the outside.
And on the interior.
For promotions and advertisements, we use the words "we clean everything.
Which means a normal in-and-outside clean can take one person up to two hours to clean.
We add supplement costs if cars are dirty and take more time. This is on all price boards in all carwashes. It's mandatory to do so by law.
The ceramic coating wax and machine polish clients are starting to add up, as we only started in early 2023 with these services.
We figure that if you do all you can and keep executing in a very precise manner, each carwash could be able to generate a profit of $30,000 per year or more. All work is done by staff.
You will need 2 ceramic coating waxes, machine polish, and full valets per week for each carwash to reach this.
Currently, we are at 1-2 ceramics and 2-3 machine polish jobs per week overall.

We clean cars for several garages which they sell on. We clean everything inside and outside, add wax, steam and dryclean seats fabrics, etc. Like a full valet for normal clients.
There are some who have a have a payday price and some who have fixed prices. We charge them with invoices.
Furthermore, we generated clients by advertising that we can give an invoice with IVA to business owners. These are real estate agents and other business owners who drive their clients around in their car.
It is obviously popular and creates more volume through these business owners as they share their content.
